Metropolitan Opera Singer Visits PS 3
On Thursday March 1st, Morris Robinson, a bass who performs regularly with the Metropolitan Opera, visited ETM partner school P.S. 3 in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn.
P.S. 3 students performed two numbers -- "Froggie Went A' Courting" and "Three Billy Goats Gruff" -- before listening to Robinson sing arias from Mozart's Die Zauberflöte. Robinson then answered questions from the students. In thank-you notes to Robinson, students raved about the performance.
