Wed, 07/11/2007Beginning in in August 2006, a group of young New York City-based filmmakers began filming a documentary about ETM's programming in inner-city schools. The filmmakers followed a group of ETM teaching artists and their students during the academic year, depicting the struggles of being an artist in New York and the challenges and joys of teaching in New York's most disadvantaged schools. They will be back in the schools in September 2007, and hope to have the final film completed by 2008.
